Venice City Tours
A cinematic 360° piece in five languages on AR glasses, a gondola you paddle yourself — and multiplayer racing in progress.
Overview
Two things worth separating. A cinematic 360° experience delivered on lightweight AR glasses, localised into five languages so an international group can each take it in their own — which is not a translation pass when the content is timed to a guide’s narration, because it changes pacing and how long the segment takes. And an XR gondola simulator where a participant paddles through a stylised medieval Venice while the guide carries on managing the group in the real world.
I am currently building a multiplayer gondola racing experience off the back of it, networked with Normcore: several participants in one shared scene, racing rather than taking turns. It is in development and nothing about it is deployed.
My part: the first 360° prototype on XREAL glasses, in February 2026, and the multiplayer race now in development on a feature branch. The shipped glasses app, its languages and the gondola simulator are other developers’ work on the team.

See Reality
Hand-tracked mixed reality for people who have never worn a headset, running inside live guided tours — Boston, Lexington, Nashville, Atlantic Canada, Rome, Pompeii, Venice.
Inhabiting Memory
A VR family museum you enter on foot — real walking inside each room, hand-tracked teleport between them, built from interviews and tested against flat photographs.
Case study I Am You
You are not the hiker. You are the trail camera watching him, steering his body.
Case study Recollection
A wedding or any milestone, recorded from every direction, so nobody is stuck with one person’s edit of it.
