Seven experiences sold as a paid add-on in Rome and Pompeii — gladiators from the arena floor, Vesuvius before and after.
Overview
Seven experiences built for one of the larger operators working Rome and Pompeii, sold into their tours as a paid immersive add-on: meeting Julius Caesar, fighting gladiators from the floor of the real Colosseum arena, four temples of the Roman Forum, an ancient Pompeii market, and Pompeii before and after Vesuvius.
What matters here is commercial rather than technical. This is XR running inside an operation working at Roman volumes, where the failure modes that count are throughput, device turnaround between groups, and how fast a guide can recover a guest who is stuck.
